We're currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team in Bathgate, who shares our commitment to quality, service, and environmental improvement. Role Overview The successful candidate will support our Head of Bid, providing administrative support to the bid team. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Downloading, organising and providing bid writers' with all client documents
  • To manage the tender clarifications process efficiently and effectively
  • To manage the bid team inbox
  • Ensure our CRM system is maintained
  • Maintain the trackers for various aspects of tender handovers
  • Contribute to the development of engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business
  • Work with bid writers to help organise and maintain the bid library
  • Assist bid writers with the collation of standard selection questionnaires
  • General administrative support.

Skills & Experience - Essential

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and well as a good team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Skills & Experience - Desirable

  • Experience in the bid coordination industry
  • Knowledge of CRM and project management software.
