LHH is delighted to be supporting our public sector client that supports the arts, screen and creative industries across all parts of Scotland, as they seek to recruit a Contracts Coordinator.

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Contracts Officer and the Legal Manager, with a particular focus on managing contractual processes. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks related to business, legal, and contractual matters, such as coordinating, drafting, and issuing Letters of Agreement for Funding Programmes and Open Project Funding awards.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, who has a solid understanding of contract management principles and practices. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong problem-solving abilities. Your keen attention to detail and ability to navigate complex contractual processes will be key to ensuring smooth and accurate handling of agreements.
