Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Hours: 37.0 Hours per Week Are you a creative and talented Graphic Designer looking to support a wide range of high profile projects?__If you are passionate about graphic design and are keen to work within a complex organisation which deals with everything from bins to fostering, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and portfolio. The communications team at Solihull Council is looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer with strong visual literacy to join the team and make the Council’s communication stand out from the crowd! As the Council’s designer you will have responsibility for the Council’s visual identity and consistent use of its brand, designing everything from annual reports, marketing literature, social media visuals and everything in-between. There are plenty of opportunities to be creative - we are looking for someone who can produce original and high quality designs. Educated to HND or degree level in graphic design (or related subject) you will already have some experience in a graphic design role, including liaising with clients. You will need to understand how to deliver print ready work to tight deadlines, create amazing digital content and support editing our short videos.
