Spiro are looking for Business Development Managers with experience selling design projects in the Exhibitions & Live Events sector.

To apply, you must be based in the UK with a permanent right to work.

Location: You will be based in the UK (with some international travel)

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid Working *Must be commutable to our Coventry office*

The Role

As a Business Development Manager at Spiro, you will be at the forefront of identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities. Working closely with our talented Project Managers and Designers, you will play a key role in shaping innovative client trade stand solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & nurture new business opportunities across EMEA (mainly UK) and beyond.

✔ Develop compelling, high-quality proposals and RFP responses.

✔ Proactively engage and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

✔ Work collaboratively with internal teams to offer creative and tailored solutions.

Maximise revenue opportunities by leveraging Spiro’s full suite of services.

✔ Maintain and update our CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage leads effectively.

✔ Represent Spiro professionally in client meetings, pitches, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven Business Development experience in the Exhibitions sector.

🔹 A talent for delivering outstanding tenders and presentations.

🔹 Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

🔹 Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends and international travel.

🔹 Passion for innovative event marketing solutions.
