Who We Are

We’re one of the largest adult social care providers in the UK today – and we plan to keep growing and benefiting more lives. Our support is dynamic, person‑centred and fulfilling, helping people enjoy a flourishing life. We deliver care with energy, passion and positivity.

We're very proud to be recognised as one of the best organisations to work for by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 & 2025.

Our Values

Our values reflect who we are and guide everything we do. Our colleagues are passionate, kind and resilient, always going the extra mile for the people we support and for each other. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll embody these values and inspire others through your practice.

About the Role

You’ll provide comprehensive, individualised assessments and person‑centred treatment programmes across all areas of Activities of Daily Living (ADL). You’ll manage your own caseload, work independently, and adapt your clinical approach to meet the changing and often complex needs of the people we support.

You’ll demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, problem‑solving skills, and the flexibility required to deliver high‑quality therapy within a dynamic environment. Ongoing CPD, reflective practice and participation in staff training are integral to the role.

You’ll be part of a skilled multi‑disciplinary team including Advanced Practitioners in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management (PBM), Fundamentals of Care, Speech and Language Therapy, and access to Consultant Psychiatry and Psychology.

Our aim is to maintain and, where possible, improve independence through rehabilitation, stimulation and social integration, ensuring every person we support can live their best life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assessments and develop person‑centred, goal‑oriented treatment plans
  • Deliver Occupational Therapy interventions in line with treatment plans
  • Continuously evaluate and review interventions to ensure effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional codes of conduct
  • Complete access and home visits where required
  • Ensure high standards of clinical and professional practice at all times
  • Comply with mandatory health and safety requirements and complete essential training
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance activities

Our Support

We go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support. Our reward package includes much more than pay, 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays and pension. Your birthday off with pay after a year of service and there is a £300 refer a friend scheme too!

In addition, we also offer the following:

  • Industry-leading recognition
  • Social, financial and emotional wellbeing
  • Training and development to reach your potential

If you’re ready for a job that can truly make a difference and you’re up for a challenge, then this is the role for you!
