📍 Hybrid – Cardiff, 2 days per week in office

💰 £85,000 – £100,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

If you’re a technical leader who loves leading teams to build great Mobile products, this role is for you!

You'd join my client, a pioneer Tech business in their field, as a Lead Engineer & own the D2C mobile app, built with React Native and available on both iOS and Android.

You’ll lead a small, hands-on team, shaping the future of mobile experience and ensuring every release is high quality, performant & user-focused for millions of users!

What you’ll do

• Lead technical design and delivery of new mobile features and experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using React Native.
• Partner with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between app and services.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Experience building and releasing complex React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Track record leading small teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile platform best practices, UX, and performance optimisation.
• Experience managing releases to the App Store and Google Play.
