The Role

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies focused on recruitment and brand awareness using SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Create engaging mixed-media content, including graphic design, photography, and video production for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage organic and paid campaigns, monitoring performance via data analysis tools to ensure high ROI and audience engagement.
• Technical content management including editing media with industry-standard software and maintaining a digital asset library.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality press releases, newsletters, and blog posts to maintain brand consistency.
