Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum DOE + Quarterly Bonus
Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 7am-6pm | Thursday, 7am-5.30pm
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our dynamic engineering department. In this role, you will drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Oversee new product projects, ensuring readiness for production, design for manufacture, and coordination of project meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
- Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and source new technologies, materials, and equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex manufacturing issues and optimize production output.
- Maintain accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong design capabilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (highly desirable).
