Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive company with a significant presence in Shipley area (Commutable from Bradford and West Leeds). Our client operates a large factory employing over 700 people and continues to expand across the UK. We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Operatives to join their dynamic team. Your Role as a Manufacturing Operative: As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in: Operating machinery to produce high-quality automotive parts. Testing cooling systems for off-highway vehicles. Assembling oil coolers for tractors. Building and assembling modules. Handling heavy-duty industrial equipment. Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines. Adhering to health and safety regulations. Following detailed plans and manufacturing processes.Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role. What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals with the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a production or assembly environment. Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings. Ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads. Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping. Good communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Shift Patterns: Monday - Thursday: 22:00- 6:00, Friday: 16:00- 21:00 (You would be required to work during the day for the first few weeks of training) Pay Rate: Starting at £13.63 per hour (during probation), rising to £13.92 after 12 weeks.
