New Home Sales Advisor

Uncapped Commission Structure Thursday to Monday 10 am – 5.30 pm Midlothian Are you someone who has a passion for sales? Contract Scotland has an exciting new requirement for a New Home sales advisor to join our client’s team in Midlothian. Your working week will be Thursday to Monday 10 am – 5.30 pm – Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off. You will be delivering excellent customer service and guiding the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit an existing Sales Advisor or a proactive, process-driven person with good communication skills. The Role Itself Will Involve

• Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
• Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
• Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and sites to fully demonstrate the product
• Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

As a Potential Candidate, You Will Have

• Experience working within a face-to-face sales environment
• Experience working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
• Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Full UK Drivers License
• Willing to be flexible concerning day-to-day duties and hours worked.
• Lone working, dependent on site.
• Able to work weekends and bank holidays
