Design the kind of retail you want to exist. It’s for a designer first — someone who thinks in space, story and experience, and wants to bring retail environments into the real world. This is not a visualiser or CG artist role. If you care more about ideas than polish, and more about buildability than beauty shots, this might be for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating concept‑led retail experiences rooted in brand and story; designing spaces, layouts and fixtures that actually work; turning ideas into real, buildable environments; sketching, testing and evolving ideas fast; building mood, narrative and spatial worlds; using 3D as a concepting and communication tool, not just for visualisation.

Creative thinking over rendering perfection; strong spatial design and retail understanding; ideas that are bold, relevant and manufacturable; confidence going from mood board to sketch to space; awareness of materials, scale and making.

What we’re looking for:

Designers who live and breathe retail design; people who naturally think about flow, space and experience; backgrounds in retail design, industrial design or architecture; fast thinkers and sketchers who can get ideas out quickly; designers who can turn concepts into something that can actually be built.

Skills and experience:

Experience designing retail environments in an agency or in‑house team; strong sketching and scamping ability; confidence using Cinema 4D, 3DS Max or similar; a sharp eye for composition, storytelling and visual direction; solid understanding of materials and manufacturing; strong awareness of retail, fashion and cultural trends; ability to balance creative ambition with real‑world constraints.
