Amoria Group is hiring Associate Candidate Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Manchester, specialising in the US Data Centre market – one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.
This is a candidate-focused role where you will specialise in talent delivery, sourcing high-quality candidates and managing relationships with professionals across the US market.
The Role
- Deliver top-tier candidates to established, high-value US clients
- Source, screen and qualify candidates within the Data Centre market
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to placement
- Collaborate with Business Development Consultants on client requirements
- Build long-term candidate relationships and market expertise
- Create engaging job adverts and utilise LinkedIn and social platforms
