Salary: £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with Warm Inbound Leads: Focus on high-quality inbound leads from customers who have already shown interest by booking a call through our website—no cold calling required.
  • Quick Sales Cycle: Enjoy a fast-paced sales process, enabling you to close deals efficiently and start earning quickly.
  • Commission Per Sale: Earn commission for each sale, giving you the potential to maximize your earnings based on your success.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in high-ticket or B2C sales.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You can easily engage customers, build rapport, and close deals both over the phone and in person.
  • Positive, Can-Do Attitude: You’re motivated by targets, take pride in exceeding expectations, and provide exceptional service.
  • Confidence: You’re comfortable discussing high-value products and addressing customer inquiries with expertise.
