Peebles Media Group Limited, is one of Scotland’s leading independent media companies, with an events division that holds several key awards and trade events.
We are looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our events team, with a track record for organising high volumes of data efficiently and exceptional levels of attention to detail.
The office-based role is very hands-on and involves close collaboration, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
We are looking for:
- Excellent admin skills with a full working knowledge of Office and Excel
- Exceptional levels of attention to detail
- Ability to proactively manage tasks and projects, demonstrating independent thinking
- First class organisational and record keeping skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines effectively
- An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Creativity in problem solving
