Lead Document Controller

NRL’s client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Lead Document Controller to manage document control processes for our Electrical & Mechanical installation project in Somerset. You will lead a small team, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of project documentation in line with industry standards and compliance requirements.

What you will need:

• Proven experience in document control within large-scale construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems such as ProjectWise, FieldView, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and retrieve complex documentation efficiently.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practices in document management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
