Housekeeper

Job Title: Housekeeper/ Laundry Duties Location: Head Office, Boucher Road Reports To: Supervisor Rate of Pay: £13.77 per hour Hours of Work: Minimum 20 Hours per week as required on a shift rota basis (10am Starts) from Monday to Sunday. Weekends are required. Due to continued growth. we are recruiting additional Housekeepers in the Belfast city centre area to be part of our housekeeping team delivering excellent standards. You will be responsible for the service delivery of housekeeping for apartments located around Belfast. Main Job Duties Ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all apartments are maintained to a high standard Ensure bed linen and towels are changed on the agreed timetable as set by the client Maintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, cleaning to a high standard and perform other duties. Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness Replenish guest supplies Reporting any defects such as faults and any areas of concern Essential Criteria Passion for cleanliness with a keen eye for detail and high standards Full clean driving license as driving is part of the role A desire to consistently deliver an excellent level of service and improve service You'll have a real focus on quality standards of your own work and that of the team Ability to work individually and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and to time constraints Excellent customer service and communication skills Flexibility, reliability and work under pressure Company Benefits Experience of working in a similar role is essential Opportunities for progression Statutory annual holiday entitlement Full Uniform provided Paid weekly or monthly Excellent rate of pay
