Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our friendly team based in Leeds. Salary – £30,000 plus bonus Type – Permanent, Full Time Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Do You Have Excellent communication and organisational skills? This role involves the management of a variety of teams and tasks to ensure the efficient and effective running of projects and sites. We are looking for a conscientious and ambitious individual with excellent leadership and time management skills. Key Areas Of Responsibilities Include
- Managing and monitoring projects.
- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
- Visiting clients and potential clients on their sites.
- Noticing and attending to any special needs and service issues on projects.
- Planning, pricing and scaling projects and general tenders.
- Ensuring quotations are accurate, well-presented and planned as economically as possible.
- Obtaining appropriate samples for projects in co-ordination with the Buying department and working with normal Designer Contracts suppliers wherever possible.
- Assisting with measuring on sites.
- Liaising between multiple teams, including those in the regional office and those on site.
Key Requirements
- Confidence and a positive can-do attitude.
- A full UK driving licence, so site visits can be carried out.
- You may be required to drive a transit sized vehicle.
- A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application.
- Will be required to gain a current CSCS card
- Must be willing to gain a Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) qualification.
