The Position
Leading the development and execution of digital creative strategies, you’ll provide your team with the creative direction to push ideas further to deliver some truly exceptional work. You’ll oversee the creation of digital assets across social media content, advertising, apps, email campaigns, and much more!
Conceptual thinking will come naturally to you, and you’ll be a consistent source of inspiration for the team - a positive and encouraging presence who stimulates great design practice and heaps of creative thinking.
You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into projects yourself, taking the time to understand business goals, identifying opportunities and staying ahead of the game when it comes to emerging digital trends and social media platforms. Ultimately, you’ll set the bar high for developing digital solutions which solve your client’s problems, empowering your team to do the same.
What We’re Looking For
A Digital Creative Director with wicked design skills who can confidently lead, manage and develop teams.
You’ll have a stunning portfolio that outlines your deep understanding of the digital landscape, from social media platforms and digital advertising to content marketing, SEO, SEM, UX, UI and ECRM. You’ll have an excellent set of analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimise campaign performance.
With your flexible approach, you’ll be excited by the variety this role has to offer you. You’ll be aware of what’s going on in the digital space and the wider creative industry and use this to feed into your work - pushing boundaries whilst knowing how to keep things commercially successful and in line with brand guidelines.
