Event Project Manager

Join Our Team as an Event Project Manager!

Salary: £30-35,000

Are you a dynamic and experienced Event Project Manager ready to take the lead on exciting and diverse events? We’re looking for someone who can masterfully manage a wide range of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical events, overseeing every detail from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Manage every aspect from the initial budget to final reconciliation
• Comply with client policies, HCBI procedures, client driven KPI’s
• Adapt working methods to stay aligned with new client requirements
• Deliver events onsite as part of the team, providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs and expectations
• Use an online registration platform (Cvent preferred) effectively, including building websites, maintaining databases and app development
• Find, research, and build relationships with suppliers to secure the perfect venue for events
• Manage team members working on projects, ensuring they are well-trained and understand their roles and responsibilities

Who are you?

You have relevant industry experience

Ideally in an agency environment

Healthcare events knowledge is an advantage

You have a passion for event management, and are determined, fun to work with, and a savvy thinker

An Events management degree is an advantage

You ideally have cvent or registration platform knowledge

Flexible, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task

‘can do’ attitude and you go the extra mile

Strong customer service skills

Ability to travel internationally is a must!
