Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motorcycle Parts/Clothing Assistant at Bigmoto, located in Dudley. In this position, you’ll assist customers with product inquiries, provide expert advice on motorcycle parts and clothing, and process sales transactions. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products. You will also play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and promoting our products to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and assist customers effectively
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts and apparel
• Experience with Shelving and managing Stocks to ensure the store is well-organized and fully stocked
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
• Proactive and positive attitude with attention to detail
• Sales experience beneficial
• Motorcycle license advantageous
